un-Managed call shop

 

UniBilling could be used to provide call shop with new concept: un-managed call shop. What's the benefit of this ?

 

  • Call shop owner needs not monitor those phone booth.
  • No computer needed for billing.

 

What's needed: LinkSys PAP2 gateway

 

un-Managed call shop works in the following steps:

  1. Customer comes to call shop and pick up the phone.
  2. He will hear IVR annoucement [Please input your account number followed by # key]. Input it with DTMF keypad please.
  3. After that will hear IVR annoucement [Please input the phone number followed by # key, or press 1 followed by # key to enter function].
  4. After callee number inputted, will hear annoucement [Your balance is xxxx, the max call duration is xxx minutes].

 

In step 4 if the customer input 1# but not callee number, he will hear the following IVR (default flow):


Press 1 to check balance,

press 2 to register,

press 3 to add credit,

press 4 for update password,

press 5 to unregister,

press 6 to transfer balance,

press 7 to back to upper menu

 

 

Note: To make it convinent to call, if the callee hangup first, the caller will hear IVR annoucement again [Please input your account number followed by # key] and could call continously.
